About us
Pole Fitness with Simone is a prestigious pole and aerial arts studio on the border of Herts and Essex. PFWS was founded in 2019 by Simone Rix, and has quickly grown into a staple, recognised studio in the industry. PFWS is based in Henham, and we are a fully equipped, dedicated establishment offering the highest quality coaching in pole dancing & pole fitness, heels, aerial hoop, kids circus skills, kids birthday parties, strength & conditioning and stretch and flexibility.
With a remarkable team of five fully qualified and insured instructors, providing a professional, structured, and a meticulously curated fun teaching environment. With a step-by-step approach, we ensure that learning is not only enjoyable but delivered in a safe, fun, and informative way.
All our instructors are extremely enthusiastic, passionate, and friendly and hold a range of sports and pole fitness qualifications. Our main goal is to offer a welcoming, judgement-free space to everyone to empower individuals and foster their growth, both in terms of fitness and self-assurance. We truly believe pole is for everybody regardless of previous dance and fitness experience, size, age & gender identity - everyone is warmly welcomed into our community.

We teach a range of exciting classes. You’ll never be bored! You will even be having so much fun, you will forget you are exercising. PFWS provides a whole-body approach combining, strength, co-ordination, cardiovascular work, and a massive boost to confidence. As with any form of exercise the body produces an increased supply of endorphins which lead to an improved feeling of wellbeing. However, pole fitness, pole dancing and aerial hoop also provide a significant improvement in self-esteem and confidence due to the feeling of empowerment it creates.

Kids Circus Skills Classes
We have so much fun at our studio, we of course had to let kids join in too! So they have their very own classes where they will learn from 3 of these pieces of equipment - Aerial Hoop, Hammocks, Aerial Silks, Trapeze and Pole, all in one lesson!
